If you stay with us, breakfast is always included. At breakfast you will be served a plate with as many local toppings as possible, bread from the bakery nextdoor, eggs from Ramstad in Skjåk, and coffee or tea as desired. We want the breakfast at BrimiBue to be as similar as possible to a good Sunday breakfast at home. Therefore, we want you to book a table for breakfast, so we know when you will arrive.

At BrimiBue, we change the menu according to the season.. In this way, we hope that we become a little more exciting to visit, and that we challenge ourselves. The food culture at BrimiBue is well developed by experienced chefs, apprentices, and according to the philosophy of Arne Brimi.
Every evening we serve an evening menu. None of our guests know the menu until they have sat down at the table. We believe that this makes the kitchen better, since the chefs then have more leeway with their creativity and the seasons best ingredients.
If you want to eat with us several evenings in a row, you will of course get a different menu.
You must book a table in advance. You can choose how long the menu should be; 3, 4, 5, or 7-course menu.
For summer (June 26th – August 20th) we only serve 4 and 5-course menus. You can book a table every half hour between 19.00 and 21.00.
Cancellation is allowed until 16.00 the day before reservation.

Every night we make wine packages that suit the food. We also sew together beer packages and non-alcoholic beverage packages for those who wish.
If you have food allergies we must take into account, it is important that we are informed of this before arrival so that we can adapt the menu to you.
In the summer we serve lunch every day from 12.00 till 16.30. We do not take bookings for lunch. We have a simple but hopefully tasty lunch menu, with approx. 5 dishes to choose from. Outside the summer season, we serve lunch for groups of at least 10 people thats makes a reservation in advance.
This summer we serve the following lunch menu every day (from 17th of June):
– Sour cream porridge and cured ham (norwegian traditional dish)
– Fish soup
– Cheek of pork with creamy barley
– Trout with sour cream sauce and salad of fennel and cucumber
