If you stay with us, breakfast is always included. At breakfast you will be served a plate with as many local toppings as possible, bread from the bakery nextdoor, eggs from Ramstad in Skjåk, and coffee or tea as desired. We want the breakfast at BrimiBue to be as similar as possible to a good Sunday breakfast at home. Therefore, we want you to book a table for breakfast, so we know when you will arrive.

At BrimiBue, we change the menu according to the season. In this way, we hope that we become a little more exciting to visit, and that we challenge ourselves. The food culture at BrimiBue is well developed by experienced chefs, apprentices, and according to the philosophy of Arne Brimi.
Every evening we serve an evening menu. You must book a table in advance. You can choose how long the menu should be; 3, 4, 5, or 7-course menu.
For summer (June 28th – August 17th) we only serve 4 and 5-course menus. You can book a table every half hour between 19.00 and 21.00.
If you want to eat with us several evenings in a row, you will of course get a different menu.
Cancellation is allowed until 16.00 two days before reservation.
For group bookings, we must have the correct number of people a week in advance.
Every night we make wine pairings that suit the food. We also sew together beer pairings and non-alcoholic pairings for those who wish.

If you have food allergies we must take into account, it is important that we are informed of this before arrival so that we can adapt the menu to you.
At summer time, we serve lunch every day at 12.00-16.30. We do not take bookings for lunch, and therefore only have drop-ins. We have a simple lunch menu, with approx. 5 dishes to choose from.
Outside of high season, we serve lunch to order for groups of at least 10 people.
You can then choose how long you want your lunch to be:
One lunch dish NOK 315,-
2-course lunch NOK 425,-
3-course lunch NOK 535,-
4-course lunch NOK 645,-
You can, of course, get drink pairings to go with your lunch, whether it’s a wine pairing, beer pairing or alcohol-free pairing.
