BrimiBue is a small hotel with 14 double rooms, which wishes to be a part of your experience of modern traditional gastronomy on your journey, your experience journey, your event. This is how our world can become a small part of your world.
Every evening, we serve our evening menu. None of our guests know the menu until they have sat down to dinner. We believe that this makes the kitchen better, since the chefs then get more leeway with their creativity. Reservations are necessary.
In the summer we also serve lunch at drop-in every day. Here we do not accept table reservations. Our lunch menu is simple, but we hope tasty.
If you stay with us, breakfast is always included. Here you will be served a plate with as many local toppings as possible. We want the breakfast at BrimiBue to be as similar as possible to a good Sunday breakfast at home. Therefore, we want you to book a table for breakfast, so we know when you will arrive.
